Will I get a salesperson?
No. The people who reply are the people who would do the work, and the first call is with the engineer rather than an account manager.
How fast do you actually reply?
One business day, and usually the same day if you write during our overlap. If we are at capacity the reply says that rather than stalling you.
Do I have to sign an NDA first?
Only if you want to. We will sign yours before you send anything sensitive, or ours if you prefer, either way it happens before we look at a repository.
Can we just have a call instead?
Yes, twenty minutes at a time you pick. It is more useful after you have written a paragraph, because then the call is about the problem rather than the context.
Will you tell me if I do not need you?
Yes, and it happens most weeks. Sometimes the answer is a theme and a freelancer, sometimes it is leaving a working system alone for another year.
What if my budget is small?
Say so in the message. Hourly work has no minimum, and an $800 audit is often the highest-value thing a small budget can buy.
