Dedicated developers, Pune → US · UK · Canada
PHP, Laravel and WordPress engineering from India
9 salaried engineers in Pune, building and maintaining PHP, Laravel and WordPress applications for teams in the US, UK and Canada. Rates published in full on one page, four hours of daily overlap with EST, ten working days risk-free.
What we do
What we build, and how it is priced
Five services across two silos, every one of them priced on a single public rates page, hourly, monthly or fixed scope. Start wherever your problem sits.
Hire PHP developers
Custom applications, API work and legacy rescue on PHP 8.4, including the codebase your last agency walked away from.
Hire Laravel developers
Laravel 12 with Livewire and Filament. Queue-heavy SaaS, multi-tenant billing, dashboards your ops team will actually open.
Hire WordPress developers
Block themes built properly, headless front ends on a Laravel API, and plugin work that survives the next core update.
Hire CodeIgniter developers
Keep CI3 patched and running, or move it to Laravel on a schedule that never stops your business for a day.
WooCommerce development
Checkout that converts, subscriptions that reconcile, and catalogues well past forty thousand SKUs.
Not sure which you need?
Send the repo or the brief. You get a written recommendation, a named engineer and a fixed rate within one business day, no discovery fee, no obligation.

About us
A small studio that works your hours
9 engineers in Pune, working with agencies and product teams abroad since 2018. Everyone here is salaried staff, interviewed by you before they start. We publish rates because the alternative, three emails to learn a number, is how most of this industry wastes your week.
How we work
What you get on every engagement
We are a small studio, so the argument is not a portfolio. It is that the way we work is stated up front, contractual wherever it can be, and checkable inside the first fortnight.
Something small shipped end to end before any feature work, because that proves access, review and deploy all function.
Nobody merges their own work. That is much of what separates a published rate from a marketplace one.
On inherited code the characterisation tests come first, using your current system as the reference.
IP assigned on commit rather than on final payment. An assignment clause, not a licence.
No US price, no UK price, and no discount for asking twice.
Walk away at the end of the trial and owe nothing. No annual minimum and no exit fee.
You do not have to take any of this on trust. The first ten working days are risk-free, every rate is published in full, and the work happens in your repository from the first commit.
How it works
From first email to a developer on your standup
Twelve working days end to end, and no money changes hands until you have seen the work. You can stop at any point before the last step.
- Day 0
Send us the problem
A repo link, a Jira export or three plain sentences. An engineer replies, not a salesperson, inside one business day.
- Day 1
Shortlist, with rates
Two or three profiles with real GitHub history, each carrying a rate, a seniority and the date they come free.
- Day 2
Interview them yourself
Twenty minutes with the person who will write the code. Say no as often as you like. There is no fee either way.
- Days 3-12
Ten days, risk-free
Real tickets in your tracker, standup at 9:00am ET, commits in your repo. Walk away at the end and owe nothing.
- Ongoing
Scale, hold or stop
Add a second developer at the same published rate, or give 30 days’ notice. Repo, cloud accounts and IP stay yours.
Questions buyers actually ask
Before you send the first email
What do your engineers cost?
Every seniority band and engagement model is published in full on the rates page, hourly, part-time, dedicated and pod, in USD. No gate, no call required, and the same published rate for every client in every market.
How quickly can a developer start?
Usually within five business days. 3 engineers are free this month, and every profile on the team page shows the exact date they come available.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, assigned from the first commit. The NDA is signed before anyone gets repository access, and the work happens in your GitHub organisation, not ours.
What if the developer is not the right fit?
That is what the ten working days are for. Stop at the end of the trial and you owe nothing; after that we replace the engineer within five business days at no cost.
How much timezone overlap do we actually get?
Four hours with New York, five and a half with London. Standup is at 9:00am your time and a written handover lands in your inbox before your morning.
Do you work white-label for agencies?
Yes: a third of our work is retainer capacity for US and UK agencies. We sign your NDA, use your email address, and never appear in front of your client.
Need a PHP developer starting Monday?
Tell us the stack and the start date. We reply within one business day with a named engineer, their rate and their availability.
